Android 4.0+ inches forward in overall platform share

Android 4.0+ Ice Cream Sandwich and Android 4.1+ Jelly Bean have notched a few percentage points in the overall breakdown of the platform.  Moving up ever so slightly, the two builds have grown month over month while others slowly diminish.  Most of the movement comes at the expense of Gingerbread, however really ancient stuff like Froyo and Eclair have lost ground.  Nevertheless, Android 4.X devices account for 28.5 percent of the platform, still trailing Android 2.3 Gingerbread and its 54.2 percent
